Appointments/Cancellations

To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for all our patients, we kindly request that you adhere to your appointment commitments. In the event that you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by contacting our office directly. We'll be happy to arrange a makeup appointment with one of our patient care coordinators. However, please note that failure to provide sufficient notice or not showing up for your appointment without a valid reason may result in a $50 no-show or cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions will be made for serious situations. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Payment

Our patients can use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover any out-of-pocket expenses for their physical or Hand therapy treatments. These accounts can be applied to various costs, including co-pays, deductibles, and other eligible medical expenses, making it easier and more affordable. This ensures that you can focus on your recovery without the added stress of immediate out-of-pocket payments.
